CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Fairfield ISD offers elective courses in Career & Technical Education (CTE) at our junior high school and high school campuses.  CTE courses are offered both in-house and through partnership with Texas State Technical College (TSTC).

CTE Programs of Study (Endorsements) identify pathways from secondary school to two and four-year colleges, and the workplace, so students can plan what they want to pursue as a future career area. This connection to future goals motivates students to work harder and enroll in more rigorous courses. Fairfield CTE also offers opportunities for students to earn Industry Based Certifications while in high school.
