Introduction to Business Information Management: (1 Credit Course available for Grades 9-12) This class is designed for students to learn Microsoft Office 2010 Deluxe Edition. Microsoft Office is made up of five sections: Basics, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Students will also learn to use Microsoft Publisher and Google Classroom. Microsoft Office is geared toward developing technology skills with applications related to personal or business situations, emerging technologies, and the internet. Google Classroom is a free web-based platform that integrates your Google Apps for Education account with all your Google Apps services, including Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Classroom saves time, paper, and makes it easy to create classes, distribute assignments, communicate with students, and helps everyone stay organized. Teachers can quickly review student’s completed work, and provide direct, real-time feedback and grades right in Classroom. Career and technical education instruction provide content aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills for students to further their education and succeed in current or emerging professions. The Business Management and Administration Career Cluster focuses on careers in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating business functions essential to efficient and productive business operations.Image result for Microsoft Office
