Ongoing professional development
I have been teaching at Fairfield High School since May 2002. I have taught Biology I, PreAP Biology, AP Biology, and Dual Credit Biology.
I retired from FISD in 2015 but remained employed with Navarro College. Since the Fall of 2015 I have taught Dual Credit Biology to FHS seniors.
I have taught the following grades in public school: first grade, third grade, sixth grade, and all grades in high school.
I began teaching at the collegiate level in 1992, teaching General Biology, Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Microbiology as well as Science Methods for Educators.
My joy is teaching science, specifically Biology.
